Industrial Gearmotors

Right Angle Gear Units

The A Series combines high efficiency and reliability, low maintenance costs and a wide torque range. The gear set combination makes this right-angle product the most efficient and durable in Bonfiglioli’s light- and medium-duty portfolio.

The VF/W Series has a wide choice of mounting options allowing for completely flexible shaft configurations and motor interfaces.

The RAN series products are designed for transmissions with right-angle layouts.

In-Line Gear Units

The AS Series is a best seller for quarry and mining applications, where reliability and low maintenance are key factors.

The C Series offers an extremely wide range of gear ratios, achieved through 2-, 3- or 4-stage versions, allowing the customer to adapt the C Series to every application and find the perfect match for output speed requirements.

Parallel Shaft Gearmotors

The F Series maximizes mounting flexibility. Thanks to the housing’s lateral holes, the F Series can also be side mounted directly into the machine, in addition to conventional mounting positions.

Planetary Geared Units

The 300M Series is an outstanding solution for all heavy-duty applications where compactness is not an option. This planetary gearbox achieves top-class flexibility thanks to several outputs, as well as input configurations available for all 20 sizes.

Right-Angle Gearmotors and Geared Units

The HD Series can operate in the harshest environments with low maintenance costs and long service intervals. The output shaft can be in the parallel (HDP) or right angle (HDO) configuration.

The 3/H Series provides great power transmission in a very compact space because of its angular layout.

The 3/A Series is available for the lower range of the 300M Series and represents a path to medium-duty power transmission.

The 3/V Series offers the highest performance and reliability: the high torque density of the planetary gear units with the high gear ratio and cost-effectiveness of worm gear technology. The 3/V is ideal for intermittent duty applications.

Precision Planetary Right Angle

The KR Series is flexible, cost-effective, and represents an alternative for applications that demand compactness and medium precision.

The TR Series features very low backlash, smooth operation, easy motor assembly, and numerous product configurations as standard options.

The TQK is suited for the highly demanding requirements of servo systems, such as fast dynamic response, changing speeds, precise position and motion control, high number of starts/stops, and high compactness level.

Precision Planetary Inline

The SL precision planetary gearbox for pulley drives is without rival in its compactness, efficiency, and optimization for timed belt pulley drive systems.

The LC precision planetary gearbox represents a flexible solution and an economical alternative with optimal performance and reliability.

The TQ is particularly suited for the highly demanding requirements of servo systems. The main sectors the new TQ serves are: industrial automation systems, robotics, machine tools, packaging machines, and a host of other applications requiring high performance servo drive systems.

The TQF Series is well-suited for high positioning accuracy, dynamic cyclic operations, and compact solutions for motion control, automation, and robotics. Typical applications include: precision rotary axis drives, traveling gantries, and columns, and material handling axis drives.

Electric Motors

Synchronous Motors

BCR high-performance servomotors are designed to meet the needs of continuous and transient high torque applications. This series has a wide torque range and above-average instantaneous overload ratings.

BMD servomotors are permanent magnet synchronous motors with compact dimensions and low inertia. They meet stringent demands for precision, dynamics, and speed settings because of their high-quality neodymium iron boron rare-earth magnets and design.

Asynchronous Motors

BX, BE and BN Series asynchronous motors with aluminum frames are the right solution for a wide range of general purpose industrial applications. Both the IEC and Compact motor are available in IE1 (B/M) IE2 (BE/ME) and IE3 (BX/MX) efficiency classes according to the international standard IEC 60034-30.

BS Series single-phase motors are manufactured according to IEC standards and provided with the run capacitor permanently connected.

Other Motors

The BSR Series synchronous reluctance motor decreases the total environmental impact thanks to the absence of magnets and increased efficiency.

BC Series motors are the simplest, most economical solution for DC drive requirements. The materials and design concept allow them to be used in severe duty applications and with 4-quadrants thyristor converters.

Inverters and Servo Drives

The Active Cube is a frequency inverter offers broad support for various field bus systems and the standardized interface for motion control applications.

The Active Series features high performance control and unbeatable advantages in scalability and compact size.

The Agile Series inverters are particularly suited for the food and beverage, textile, wood, packaging, and ceramic industries where they can be used in a variety of medium complexity automation processes.

iBMD can be controlled by a master or in standalone mode. It reduces both cable and electrical cabinet costs.

The servo inverter series ANG Active Next Generation has been designed for machine builders. The integrated micro controller allows new functionalities such as cyclic synchronous positioning mode with cubic interpolation, brake control, and evaluation of feedback contact.

The compact S2U IP66 plug and play inverter for single-phased 230-volt networks and three-phase 400-volt networks comes in three sizes with motor power ranging from 0.4 kW to 18.5 kW and is suited for harsh environment applications.

The S2U standard plug and play frequency inverter has been designed for entry level applications such as pumps, fans, and conveyors.
