SKWEZLOC Concentric Locking Collar

The Sealmaster SKWEZLOC has become the standard in concentric locking technology and is designed to accommodate commercial-grade turned and polished shaft tolerances and also provide lock reliability on turned, ground, and polished shaft tolerances. The SKWEZLOC locking collar clamp design results in near-perfect concentricity of the shaft-to-bearing bore and maintains ball path roundness while reducing fretting corrosion. This design eliminates potential shaft damage caused by setscrew locking and minimizes vibration for smoother, quieter operation.

PN Gold Mounted Bearings

Sealmaster PN Gold mounted bearings feature high phosphorus, electroless nickel coated steel inserts and a patented, multi-lip high-performance seal. They are specifically engineered for industries with corrosive washdown environments such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and chemical processing.

RPB Mounted Tapered Roller Bearings

The Sealmaster RPB series of mounted tapered roller bearings feature rugged, split cast-iron housings and cartridge inserts. The split housing design simplifies mounting and makes insert replacement quick and easy. The outer race has a spherical shape, enabling the rollers and race to maintain line contact when the shaft is misaligned. This feature allows the bearing to compensate for three degrees of static misalignment, a significant advantage versus conventional mounted tapered roller bearings.

For applications with corrosive and abrasive environments, the RPB-CR features a fluoropolymer-coated housing that is resistant to most chemicals and hydrocarbon solvents. Other features include locking collars, stainless steel grease fittings, a single lip contact seal, and GoldPlex-FG H1 food grade grease.
