KOYO Brand LogoISC Companies and Adams-ISC can supply the Koyo bearings listed on this page and others found on the JTEKT / Koyo website. For more information or for a product quote, please contact us by phone 763-559-0033, by email [email protected], or by filling out our online contact form.

Koyo, the JTEKT Corporation brand for bearings, offers a wide range of bearings, from super large, with outer diameters of seven meters, to miniature with inner diameters as small as one millimeter. Koyo utilizes the newest materials and the latest manufacturing technology to develop hybrid ceramic bearings and a variety of special environment bearings to meet the increasingly severe and demanding requirements of modern industries.

Koyo offers solutions to both original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket end users, focusing on key markets such as automotive, agriculture, construction, heavy industry, steel, wind mill, and general industrial. The Koyo bearings brand is established with automakers and industrial manufacturers around the world.

Koyo Bearings

Koyo Angular Contact Ball Bearings are designed for high-accuracy, high-speed performance and can carry combined loads: both axial and radial. A contact angle between the races and the balls is formed when the bearing is in use. The major design characteristic of this type of bearing is that one or both of the ring races have one shoulder that is higher than the other. They can be one directional thrust, double directional thrust, double row, double row maximum capacity angular, duplex thrust, and four-point contact.

Koyo Deep Groove Ball Bearings are available in a variety of sizes and are the most popular of all rolling element bearings. This type of bearing supports radial and a certain degree of axial load in both directions.

Shielded or sealed deep groove ball bearings simplify the sealing structure of applications and are used with a rotating inner ring. No greasing is necessary, as they are pre-lubricated. Bearings with a locating snap ring can be easily fit into the housing, as the locating snap ring facilitates axial positioning.

Koyo Tapered Roller Bearings consist of an inner ring (cone), an outer ring (cup), a cage, and rollers which are profiled to distribute the load evenly. They have high radial and axial (thrust) load capacities at low to intermediate speeds and are available in single-row, two-row, and four-row designs.

Koyo Needle Roller Bearings are offered in a variety of inch and metric styles: Radial Needle Roller and Cage Assemblies; Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings; Drawn Cup Roller Clutches; Heavy-duty Needle Roller Bearings; Track Rollers; Thrust Bearings, Assemblies, Washers; Combined Needle Roller Bearings; Zero Clearance Ball and Needle Bearings for Steering Columns; Needle Rollers, Pins; Seals

Koyo Spherical Roller Bearings are self-aligning and feature a large load rating capacity. They are suitable for low and medium speed applications with heavy or impact loading. They have cylindrical or tapered bores and can be supplied with adapter assemblies as well as withdrawal sleeves.

Spherical roller bearings are unequaled in their capacity for high loads and their tolerance to shock loads, but have limited speed capabilities. They perform consistently, even under extreme conditions, such as application stress and marginal lubrication

Koyo Cylindrical Roller Bearings feature thrust collars, parallel or tapered bores, and lubrication holes and grooves. They have high radial load capacity, as the rollers and raceway are in linear contact, and are suitable for heavy radial and impact loading. Available as single, double, or four row.

They have cylindrically-shaped rollers that are crowned or end-relieved to reduce stress concentrations. This geometry results in low friction and allows high-speed applications

Koyo Thrust Bearings are divided into single and double direction types. Single direction types can accommodate axial load in one direction, while double direction types can accommodate it in both directions. They are not suitable for applications that involve radial load or high-speed rotation.

Spherical thrust roller bearings are self-aligning and designed to carry high axial loads. They are also not suitable for high-speed rotation.

Koyo Special Environment Bearings (Ceramic/Exsev) have an optimal operation in extreme environments like clean rooms, vacuum, high temperature, corrosive environments, and contaminating conditions.

Ceramic bearings consist of rolling elements and rings made from ceramic and can be used in applications where conventional bearings are not suited. They are non-magnetinc or insulating, highly heat resistant, and have a longer service life. Bearings made of stainless steel without rust preventive oil are suitable for operation in clean environments.
